Redoing an office involves many hands: someone analyses, someone designs the layout, someone draws the interiors, someone handles the building systems, someone builds. When these players do not talk to each other, the coordination risk – time, cost, consistency – ends up on the client. We follow everything, from start to finish, with one point of responsibility.
One point of responsibility, from the first data to the site
ARCHIlabs brings together four disciplines – architecture, space planning, interior design and project management – and operates with an established multidisciplinary team: architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, structural engineers, urban planners. This makes it possible to integrate layout, systems and regulatory aspects from the very start, and to follow the project with a single point of contact: from the initial survey through to handing over the keys.
The phases, in order
The path is ordered: analysis and survey, macro layout, work settings, space planning, interior design, integrated design of building systems and building permits, works supervision. Each phase rests on the previous one and sizing follows the BOMA standard. If you want to see it step by step, there is how to design a new office.
Design & build, transparently
When the client chooses it, we go all the way to construction with a design & build approach: a single point of responsibility from drawing to site. We select suppliers on objective criteria – technical, operational and relational – and work with open book logic, so the client sees how the cost is built up and keeps control over time and quality.
Why it matters to you
A single point of contact reduces coordination risk and keeps the approved design consistent with what gets built. And it makes work possible even while the office stays open: for EdenRED we refurbished 11 floors of the headquarters, one floor every two months, without stopping the business.
