Understanding how people really work in your company is the first step in designing efficient, functional spaces: reducing unused square metres, supporting focused work and strengthening moments of exchange.

Organisational models are changing fast, and the workspace needs to change with them.
Smart and hybrid work, distributed teams, more fluid roles, company reorganisations, planned headcount growth, reviews of structure and organisation: every work model needs environments properly designed to enable it and make it effective.

Space is never neutral.

With this survey we collect, in anonymous form, information about your employees' typical working day: time spent on site and off site, the split between collaboration, focus and learning activities, and the main ways people interact.

It takes each participant just 5 minutes.

How it works:

You will receive by email a link to share with your colleagues
Copy and paste the link into an email and send it to the people who will take part in the survey (the more participants, the more accurate the result)
Set a deadline for collecting the answers
We will contact you in the coming days with an update on your colleagues' participation
We will then arrange a meeting to present a dedicated analysis of your company, with charts, insights and initial design directions.

Why we ask for your company name and work email: the company name allows us to keep your colleagues' answers in an analysis dedicated to your organisation. The work email is used exclusively to send you the link to share with colleagues, to send you an update on participation, and to contact you once we have collected a meaningful number of answers.

We do not share your data with third parties.

No personal data is collected from participants: only aggregated numbers, giving you a “snapshot” of how your TEAMS work and a solid basis for decisions about future spaces.
