Our track record: from the Hewlett Packard data to 2.7 million m²

A track record is what you learn from projects by designing them, and what becomes method. Ours begins in 1998, with Hewlett Packard.

It all starts with Hewlett Packard (1998)

In 2001, after about three years of collaboration, we contribute to the definition of the new HP standards at EMEA level (NGW Project). From there we design and deliver the HP offices in 25 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and in Italy in Milan, Rome, Turin, Padua, Florence and Naples. It is with HP, a company open to new organisational models, that our experience in space planning is born.

Over twenty years, 2.7 million m²

From that origin, over twenty years of projects have built a body of 2.7 million m² designed. This is the base that feeds our proprietary software: every measured project enriches the benchmark we use to translate a company's needs into square metres and work settings.

Projects that made history

With SAP Italia, in Vimercate, we sign the first Italian project to achieve LEED Platinum certification. For Vodafone, over seven years, we analyse and assess more than 300,000 m² of office buildings. And then Samsung, Reale Mutua, Confindustria Bergamo, EdenRED, KilometroRosso: different companies, one same logic – spaces sized on real use.

All over Italy

Projects cover Lombardy (Milan, Brianza, Bergamo), Piedmont (Turin), Veneto (Padua), and then Rome, Florence, Naples and Catania – every city tied to a real project. Explore the projects in the dedicated section.

What this means

Over twenty years of experience are the reason why, faced with an office to design, we know where to start: from the data, with a method refined on millions of real square metres.
