How we work
One team
Architecture, interior design and project management under one roof, with a consolidated multidisciplinary team: architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, structural engineers, urban planners. Plus a network of partners for specialist activities (surveys, geology, etc.). A single point of contact along the whole journey, from analysis to handover.
Parametric 3D modelling and BIM
We work with parametric 3D modelling and BIM software: a consistent digital model that brings together architecture, structure and systems. Control over costs and schedules, fewer surprises on site, a building you know before it is even built. With 3D headsets we review the design and assess the improvements to be made.
Tangible sustainability
For us sustainability is a concrete matter: lower consumption, more comfort, a building that is worth more and costs less to run. We design buildings certified LEED, NZEB and WELL. And beyond sustainability in the strict sense, architecture is integration with the context: respect, exchange, encounter and social growth.
Quality that lasts
A building is judged over the years: we design and build buildings that will stand the test of time. The choice of materials, maintenance systems, flexibility and the ability to adapt to future changes are fundamental parts of a project. We design so that architecture lives, and stays consistent with the people who live it.
